Upon checkout please provide the design name (as shown on the listing photos) along with the name and age you'd like on the placemats, and then upload a photo.
Once you order is placed we will send you the digital file via email within 5 business days. If you need it sooner please email us. Keep in mind, rush orders may be subject to an additional fee. For customizations please see below.

Custom orders are an additional fee. Please email us before purchasing a custom order to make sure we can accommodate your request. Once we confirm, we will create a fun design tailored to your theme. We will send you a sample for approval within 4 business days. You will have 24 hours to confirm. If we receive no response, we will send it as-is.
- PROCESSING TIME:
PREMADE THEMES - will be sent via email within 5 business days.
CUSTOM ORDERS - design will be sent for confirmation within 4 business days. We will send the final product the following business day, if not sooner.
- WHAT'S INCLUDED:
(1) high quality PDF sized within a standard 8.5" x 11" inch paper which makes it easy to print as home or at any local print shop.
