Shipping policy

We only sell physical products Domestically. We sell digital products world-wide.

 

PROCESSING TIMES:

Physical orders are completed within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 3-7 days for USPS Shipping. 

Digital products are typically sent within 1-4 business days, unless you purchased the rush option.

 

CARRIER:

We use USPS to ship our packages.

Please MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT before purchasing to avoid shipping delays. 

Upon purchase you're agreeing that Big Wow Prints is not responsible for any issues that occur once your item has been shipped which includes, but not limited to, packages that are delayed, missing, lost, stolen, damaged, sent to the wrong address, or delayed due to natural occurrences/disasters. Once your order is shipped you'll receive a tracking number. With this tracking number you'll need to contact the carrier to file any claims or concerns about your package.
